CAS 360 Product Update – 2 November 2023

Document Templates: A new long-date format merge field (e.g. 7th day of October 2023) has been created for all document templates, including freeform documents. Learn More

Merge Fields: To display passport/identity details on documents and forms, several new (optional) merge fields have been added, including:

• Appointed Officer ID number
• Ceased Officer ID number
• Shareholder ID number
• Ceased Shareholder ID number
• Contact Address Change ID Number
• Contact Name Change ID Number
• Contact Details Change ID Number

If a contact has multiple of the same ID types, the merge field will populate the most recent ID type. Learn More

Reports Screen: The following registers have been added to the Registers List in the Reports screen:

• Register of Registrable Controllers
• Register of Nominee Directors
• Register of Nominee Shareholders

AGM: A new field has been added to the Prepare Annual Return Documents screen to input:

• Emolument/Remuneration Type (multiple categories can be chosen)
• Directors Name
• Amount

To account for this change, new AGM emolument type merge fields have been created for the following document templates:

• Directors minutes/resolutions
• Members minutes/resolutions
• Shareholder consent letter to seek approval/inform of resolution

Company Report: If input, Nominee Shareholder details are now displayed in the Company report. Learn More
