Company Registration: Pre and post incorporation documents can now be prepared anytime, regardless of the company’s registration status. Learn More

Shareholders Screen: The Total Issued Share Capital will now appear in the Total Shares graph on the Shareholders screen. Learn More

Charges: The Charges – Variation Details tab now has new data fields, allowing clients to enter more information about the charges. The Register of Charges report template has been updated to support these new data. Learn More

User Permissions: 3 new user role permissions are now available to provide more control over trust details: 

• Add / Edit Trust Selection Permission
• Add / Edit Trust Data Permission
• Prepare Trust Documents Permission

Merge Fields: New merge fields for Company Contact have been added for document and email templates. These merge fields can also be used in freeform minutes, resolutions and document templates. Learn More
