This screen allows users to enter current and previous shareholders.
Shareholders are the owners of a company, through the purchase of shares. As owners of the company, shareholders are entitled to certain rights. Every company incorporated in Singapore must have at least one shareholder.
This screen also breaks down each shareholding by share class, so CAS 360 users are easily able to see the differences between share classes.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Company
Select the Company from the list
To add a Shareholder, click
CAS 360 is able to produce forms for a number of Shareholder changes such as:
- Shareholders’ Balances
- Non-Share Member
- Share Transfers
- Change to Beneficial Ownership
- Changes to Amounts Paid
- Return of Capital
- Share Buy Backs
To remove any transactions created, click and select Delete
If your company is required to maintain a Registerable Controllers Register, toggle the below function on:

The Shareholder Filters section contains Doughnut Graphs that reflect the number of shares held between different shareholders and a comparison of the different share types issued by the company.
Hovering over the Shareholders graph will display the number of shares the shareholder holds of that share type.
The Group by Amount paid function allows users to switch between transaction grouping options in the Shareholders screen.
- Toggle on to group each share class by amounts paid and unpaid.
- Toggle off to group by general share class.
Use the Search box to look up a specific shareholder:
The search can be used to search for any data in the Shareholders screen including:
- Number of shares
- Certificate number
- Beneficial owner
Users can also sort the shareholder screen by each column heading. Simply click on a column heading with the following symbol
Under the Name column, hover your cursor over the information icon . Users will be able to instantly see the shareholder's:
- Date of Birth
- Place of Birth
- Mobile Number
To edit any of these details, select
icon will appear beside the shareholders where the shares are Not Beneficially held (the shares are held on behalf of another entity).
Hover the mouse over the icon to display the name of the Beneficial Owner as well as their details
To edit any of these details, select:
Paid per share and Premiums paid
Under the Fully Paid column, hover your cursor over the information icon . CAS 360 will display the amounts paid per share, unpaid per share and any share premiums.
CAS 360 will display the Share Certificate number in the Shareholders screen
To change the certificate number, beside the shareholder, click and select Edit
Click on the main screen to view the following:
Print Current Register
This will produce a PDF of the register with only current shareholders.
Print Historical Register
This will produce a PDF of the register with current and previous shareholders.
