Location of Registers Address Change

Overview

This article covers adding a location of registers address to a company, which includes processing a location of registers address change for a company. 

Location of Registers may include any of the following: 

  • Registers Address
  • Members Register Address
  • Debentures Register Address
  • Directors Shareholdings Address
  • Registrable Controllers Register Address
  • Nominee Directors Register Address

Navigation

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company

Select the Company from the list

Select Addresses

Instructions

Select Location of Registers Kept

CAS 360 will display the Registers Address screen

Field

Explanation

New Address

In the New Address field, begin typing the new Address.

CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Addresses screen for the Address.

If the Address has not been previously added to the Global addresses screen, mceclip6.png will appear to add a new address.

Effective Date

The date of the address change

Also Apply Address changes to

Toggle mceclip7.png to apply address changes to:

  • Members Register Address
  • Debentures Register Address
  • Directors Shareholdings Address
  • Registrable Controllers Register Address
  • Nominee Directors Register Address
