BGLiD

• Default Verification - Add the ability for CAS360 users to set a default verification type when using BGLiD. This default will be saved and automatically selected when submitting subsequent BGLiD requests.

• ID Verification Status Listing Report – A Contact Label column has been added to the ID verification status listing report.

Core

• Agent Column Added - We’ve added an Agent column to the Company Selection screen in CAS 360. You can now easily view, sort, and filter companies by their appointed agent.

• XLS Export for Distributions Report - The Listing of Distributions Paid report can now be exported in .xls format, making it easier to analyse and share distribution data in Excel
  

• People Group Report Update - You can now include a contact’s Company Contact Positions in the People Group Report via Report Settings. This allows you to view all roles associated with a contact in one place.

• New Dictionary Codes for Contact Details - New dictionary codes have been added for Company Contact, Signing Contact, and Billing Contact addresses and names. These codes can now be used across:

  • Directors and Members Minutes or Resolutions

  • Letters (including Cover Letters and Consent to Act Letters)

  • Freeform Documents

Australia

• Company Debt Listing Report - Added "BPAY Reference" and "Post Bill Pay Reference" options. These fields can now be included via Report Settings to assist with payment reconciliation.

• CAS 360 supports the automatic generation of Member and Director Minutes / Resolutions when adding members to companies classified as Limited by Guarantee or Limited by Shares & Guarantee.

  When adding a new member, CAS 360 will now also include:

  • Members Minutes / Resolutions

  • Notice of Members Meeting

  • Directors' Minutes / Resolutions

  The Minutes / Resolutions will include new paragraphs that adapt based on whether a single or multiple members are added.

Singapore

• CAS 360 supports the automatic generation of Member and Director Minutes / Resolutions when adding members to companies classified as Limited by Guarantee or Limited by Shares & Guarantee.

• AML/CFT Risk Assessment & CDD Processes - A new AML Compliance tab is now available for all companies in CAS 360. 

  Complete risk assessments, attach documents, add notes, and customise questions, all from one central tab.

• AML Alert - A fresh AML/CDD Compliance Alert now appears on the Company screen to instantly flag entities requiring attention- whether that’s missing info, expired identification documents, or the need for a review.

• AA02 Dormant Company Accounts (DCA) Form - CAS 360 now supports the generation of the AA02 Dormant Company Accounts (DCA) Form for companies that are limited by shares and dormant.
