To ensure the correct address appears in the Annual Return as the location of the Registers for Registrable Controllers, Nominee Directors and Nominee Shareholders, users must configure the Registered Filing Agent (RFA) in CAS 360.
This step must be completed before preparing the Annual Return for the company.
Step 1: Set Up the Registered Filing Agent
Go to Settings > Lodgement and complete the Registered Filing Agent setup.
See Setting up a Registered Filing Agent
Step 2: Assign the RFA to the Company
In the company’s General Details, assign the Registered Filing Agent to the relevant company.
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Company | |
| Select the Company from the list | |
| Select General Details |
Under Registered Filing Agent select your agent details.
Once assigned, CAS 360 will automatically display a default declaration of the RFA’s address in the Annual Return documents as the location of the registers.
Step 3: Check the register addresses
In the Addresses tab, check that a Registrable Controllers Register Address, Nominee Directors Register Address and Nominee Shareholders Register Address are saved for each register the company keeps. See Location of Registers Address Change.
If a register has no address saved, the Annual Statement Certificate will state that the company is exempted from the requirement to keep that register. Nominee Shareholders Register Address was added in July 2026, so companies set up before then won’t have it until you add it.
