What's New?
Comparison Report: When corporate shareholders from companies downloaded from the ACRA Search Register do not include the place of incorporation and it is not a mandatory field for filing Annual Returns, CAS 360 will now ignore this in its comparison. Learn More
Member Register: The Register of Members has been added to Document Production for all shareholder transaction changes for other jurisdictions. Learn More
Report Improvements: The Company Listing and Compliance Status Listing reports now display all partners and managers in the report when the company has multiple partners/managers. Learn More
Bank Accounts: Up to 10 bank account signatories can now be added to a company via the Company Relationship tab. Learn More
