Overview
CAS 360 makes filing company changes with ACRA easier than ever before. We have combined the Document Tracking, Document Management and Electronic Filing Screens from CAS desktop into a single Document screen, allowing users to better manage forms and do more with far fewer clicks.
Setup your Filing Agent details
From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings |

Select Lodgement/Agent Settings |
|
Click and select Singapore as the Jurisdiction |
Multiple agents are supported by CAS 360 simply by selecting .

Attach the Filing Agent to the Company
From the Main Toolbar, go to Company |

Select the Company from the list |

Select General Details |
Under Company Details, Select the filing agent in the Registered Filing Agent field.
Prepare Company Changes/Annual Return
CAS 360 allows you to easily make company changes and prepare the Annual Return, have them sent paperless to your clients and then notify ACRA through electronic filing.
At this stage, only the Annual Return, Share Allotments, and Share Transfers can be filed directly from CAS 360.
Filing Documents to ACRA
From the Main Toolbar, go to Documents |
Documents that have been downloaded or sent to clients will appear in the documents screen.
Select the Change dropdown beside the Company Change/Annual Return documents that are to be filed to ACRA.
To file company changes to ACRA, click Lodge.
Select the lodging agent:
Users will be directed to the SingPass login, to connect with ACRA. Once the agent is authorised, the confirm lodgement screen will display.
Follow the prompts to proceed with filing.
Once the lodgement is complete the lodge button will disappear and a Notification will confirm the lodgement.
Users can find all documentation on the Documents Screen, by selectingbeside the company and selecting Attachments.
