An authorised representative is a person who has been appointed for the purpose of accepting service of process or any notices required to be served in a Singapore branch of a foreign company.
This person would require their principal place of residence to be in Singapore.

CAS 360 will display the Add/edit Authorised Representatives screen.

Begin typing the Authorised Representatives' name. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Contact screen for the person. If the Contact has not been previously added to the Global Contact screen, Click |
| Status | Select the Status of the Authorised Representative - Appointed or Ceased |
| Start Date/Date Ceased | Enter the appropriate date of the Authorised Representative change |
