Simplified Access to Support
The support modal now offers a persistent Grant Account Access to Support action (replacing the previous "Try a Lucky Dip" option), making it easier to give the support team access when you need help
Two-factor SMS Authentication
Electronic Signing now supports SMS two-factor authentication for all international mobile numbers, so signatories outside Australia can verify via SMS.

Fixed an issue where an active company did not appear in search results when matching on a partial name and a deactivated company shared the same name.
Fixed the Live Chat icon overlapping the Save / Prepare Form buttons.
Expired identification for a deceased contact no longer triggers a compliance alert.
Fixed changes to the email address in the Pending Outbox automated document reminder not being saved.
Fixed the document template dropdown in the Document Production settings modal, showing templates in a different order than the Settings > Document Templates screen.

Public Officer changes in Company Document Production - Public Officer appointments and cessations can now be prepared through the standard Document Production screen, instead of the separate pop-up.
- Select Public Officer appointments and cessations using Print toggles on the Relationships tab; selections are included in the Prepare Forms count.
- Generate the relevant Public Officer documents (Cover Letter, Directors Minute / Resolution, Consent to Act, Public Officer Appointment document and Resignation Letter) as part of Document Production.
- Combine Public Officer changes with other company changes (officers, addresses and shareholders) in a single document pack, including Form 484, with the correct paragraphs injected into shared documents.
- Public Officer changes appear in the Change Summary and the Multiple Changes workflow, and toggles reset after generation.
- The legacy standalone "Save & Prepare Documents" action has been removed from the Public Officer pop-up.

Live Check (Trading Details) - Live Check for Trading Details has received UI improvements.
Added the ability to print the Director Certificate Register via Officers > Options.

Annual Return - you can now select the custom Extensive Shareholding List document.
Fax and Mobile sections are now hidden in the Company Change Summary and Annual Return if data is unavailable.

Fixed the Change Summary shown when generating a Registrable Controller notice via Smart Email.
Fixed a Digisign error when sending out the Single Column Director Resolution; the resolution template has been updated.

Notice of Resignation of Directors / Reserve Directors (ND4/ND8) - the Presenter field no longer shows "Please select an agent" when left blank.
IRC forms now correctly display a Signing Officer who has a Chinese name only.

Updates have been made to UK statutory forms, including forms AP01, SH02, SH03, and SH06.

VS01 Document Production - Fixed an issue where users were unable to add or edit a recipient email address on the Document Production screen.
PSC Edit ID - Validation now appears when the Reason for a Companies House Name mismatch is not selected in the dropdown menu.
VS01 - The Verified status is now clickable and opens the Verify Person With Significant Control screen.
Prescribed particulars no longer display for zero-share classes on SH01 / SH02 / SH06.
Fixed a 500 error when preparing UK Company Name Change documents with a cover letter.
SIC codes with a leading zero are no longer dropped on generated CS01 and IN01 PDFs.
Company Summary - Fixed the share structure number of shares populating incorrectly.
