Trust Report

Overview

To list all the details of a trust as a Trust Summary Report.

The data included is: 

  • Trust details
  • Addresses
  • Beneficiaries
  • Unitholders
  • Relationships 
  • Trust Events

Instructions 

From the Main Toolbar, navigate to Reports mceclip0.png

Select Trust Report.

CAS 360 will display the Report Filters screen.

Report Filters Explanation
Report Date Set a Date to be displayed on the report.
Positions and Holdings

Select Current to display current shareholders and officeholders.

Select All to display all current and previous shareholders and officeholders.
Label Set a Company Label as a filter when preparing the Report.
Download Options

Select mceclip1.png to display each company on its own separate PDF.

Select mceclip4.png to display register of all selected companies in a single PDF.

Review the Report Settings tab to display additional information for the Trust Report.

Select the toggle beside the options  to display the information on the Trust Report.

Click Snap2.png to save the selected settings as default. 

Select one or multiple trusts, and click Snap1.png

Downloading the Trust Report from the Trusts screen

From the Main Toolbar, go to Trust
Select the Trust
Go to Relationships or Beneficiaries/Unitholders
Select Options
Choose the Trust Report

This will download the Trust Report from the selected trust.
