Overview
Prior to making company changes for Singapore companies, CAS 360 will perform a series of checks to ensure appropriate identification has been added to the contact.
Once a contact has been added, follow the steps below in adding or editing the contact's identification which includes China ID, SG NRIC, Employment Pass and Passport.

From the Main Toolbar, go to Contacts |

Select Global Contacts |

Locate the contact using the search bar.
Select Options | Edit besides the contact.
Select Information +| Identification.
The Add ID screen will appear:
| Field | Explanation |
| ID Type |
Select between:
|
| ID Number | Enter the Identification Number. |
| Issued On | Enter the date the ID was issued. |
| Expires | Enter the date the ID expires. |

Passport ID Tyoe When selecting the Passport ID Type, users will be prompted to enter the Passport Number, Issuing Country, and Gender of the contact. |
Select Save.
