Once you have logged into CAS 360, you will be automatically directed to the Company Selection screen. This screen contains a list of all the companies created within your firm. Select a company to access it.
The Company Selection screen contains the following features:
Select a Company
To select a company, simply click on the company name.
This will allow you to enter the following company information:
- General Details
- Name Registrations
- Addresses
- Officers
- Shareholders
- Company Info
- Relationships
- Company Documents
Add Company
To add in a new company to CAS 360, navigate to the Company Selection Screen, and select Add Company +
Search & Import from ACRA Register? Toggle to import company details.

Advanced Filter
Advanced Filters allows you to refine your company list on-screen through the following filters:

Select a label to display certain Companies that have a common Label attached |

To Favourite a label, flag the beside the label name. This will ensure the label is automatically selected and only the companies linked to the label will display in Company Selection |

Select Reset Filters to remove the selection of all labels |
In CAS desktop, each company was allocated a department. These departments have been replaced with Labels in CAS 360.
Each company can have multiple labels. This allows for greater reporting across companies and is also a key aspect of user rights and document templates.
Show Current Companies Only
Toggle the Show Current Companies Only option to display all companies excluding those that have been flagged as non-current.
Filter Columns
Hide or move columns in the Company Selection screen to the user’s preference.
Mandatory Columns: are fixed columns that cannot be deselected or moved, and includes:

Annual Return Date
The Annual Return Date is the deadline for filing the next Annual Return, usually within 1 month after the AGM.

Additional Options
Under the Options column (far right-hand side of the screen) select for a particular company to:
- Edit the company
- Deactivate the company
- Prepare a Company Report
Notes
Users are able to add important information to the Company Notes section.
To add a note, click beside the company
(The icon will display if a note has been previously entered for the company)
In the text field users can create a company note:
Select to save the note and add any additional notes.
Click to delete a note.
