Registrable Controllers Listing Report

Overview

The Registrable Controllers Listing Report lists all Registrable Controller information for all companies, to file with ACRA all in one go.

The report can also be generated under a CAS 360 version, which can be used internally to manage and keep track of registrable controllers. This report lists additional information that is not required to be filed with ACRA.

Instructions

From the Main Toolbar, navigate to Reports mceclip0.png

Select Registrable Controllers Listing Report 

CAS 360 will display the Report Filters screen.

ACRA Version

Toggle on ACRA Version to produce the Registrable Controllers Listing Report that can be filed with ACRA.

CAS 360 Version

Toggle off ACRA Version to produce an internal Registrable Controllers Listing report that can be used for record-keeping purposes.

Report Filters Explanation
Report Order

The order in which the companies will display in the report.

Annual Month

Filter companies by the incorporation date within a specific month
Agent

Filter the list of companies on the Agent selected for the company from the General Details screen.
Report Date Set a Date to be displayed on the report.

Company Status Options

Filter the list of companies based on the company statuses.

Click on a status to hide/display companies.

Select  Current Client Only to only show companies marked as current. The Current Client setting is located under Company Info | Client Data.

Select one or multiple companies, and click Snap1.png
