Overview
The Name Registrations screen can hold a history of the company's previous and current names.
Navigation
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Company. | |
| Select the Company from the list. | |
| Select Name Registrations |
Details
To add a Name, click Add Name+
Select Previous Company Name.
| Field | Explanation |
| Company Name | Enter the previous company name. |
| Effective Date | The date that this company name is effective from. |
To edit or delete a company name within the database, click Options next to the Company Name.
| Edit | This will allow you to edit the Company Name and the Effective Date within the database. |
| Delete | This will delete the company name. This will not work if only one company name exists as a company must have a name. |
