Overview
The Deactivated Companies screen gives you the ability to view which companies are contributing to your company subscription limit, and to restore deactivated companies.
Note: You will be unable to manually remove companies from your subscription limit using this screen. This is automatically done by CAS 360 on the anniversary of the subscription period.
This guide will cover:
- How to view which deactivated companies are counting towards your CAS 360 subscription
- When a deactivated company will stop counting towards your CAS 360 subscription
- How to deactivate a company in CAS 360
- How to restore a deactivated company
Company subscription status
As per the BGL Subscription Agreement, both activated companies and deactivated companies count towards your company subscription limit.
Companies that have been deactivated will only count until the anniversary of the subscription period. Once this anniversary has passed the deactivated company will automatically not be counted towards the limit.
To view whether a deactivated company is included in your CAS 360 subscription:
Navigate to the Deactivated Companies screen
From the Main Toolbar, go to Company. |
Under Advanced Filter select Deactivated Companies
Next to each deactivated company under Date Deactivated there is a green or red icon. This indicates whether the company is included in your subscription:
Included | |
Not Included |
By default, all deactivated companies that are contributing towards your licence (green icon) will be listed before companies that are not contributing to your licence (red icon).
Subscription Details
To view a breakdown of when company spaces will become available:
Click Subscription Details
This will show you the total subscription, and how many company spaces will become available after the subscription period (when the deactivated companies will automatically not be counted)
The deactivated company policy is the same for monthly and annual subscribers.
