Accessing MyBGL From CAS 360

To access MyBGL from CAS 360, use the app switcher in the top right-hand corner of the application:

If you are unable to access MyBGL via the app switcher, your role may not have been given sufficient access.

  • Contact the Administrator or Account Owner related to your account to have them update your User Role permissions to access this. 

Access

To access the Contact List page from within MyBGL, users can select the Contacts List option on the left hand side of the screen.

Organising contacts

Users will be able to filter contacts from within the Contacts tab. Contacts can be arranged using the filter option at the right-hand side of the screen.

Contacts can be arranged by name, as well as type of contact. Once the filters have been set, users must select Apply.

Creating a contact

From the Contact List page, users can create a new contact by selecting the create button at the top right-hand corner of the page.

Users will be directed to the Create Contact screen. Users are required to enter the Name, Email, Mobile Phone Number and Contact Type.

Contact Types:
Admin: The admin contact will be the other administrator for this account nominated by the Account Owner. Admin contact will receive all invoices for this account and notification to any changes.
Billing: The billing contact will receive all invoices for this account.
CAS 360: The CAS 360 contacts will be the first point of contact for any CAS 360 product-related information and respective invoices.

 

Once all of the information for the contact has been entered, users must select Submit. For Account owners, the newly created contact will immediately feature in the Contacts tab. If another user created the contact, the newly created contact will default to the Contacts - Pending Approval tab, where it will be subject to approval or rejection.

Editing a contact

Users will be able to edit contacts from within the Contacts tab. To edit a contact, click the Edit button, under the Actions column, next to the contact that you wish to edit.

Users will be able to edit the Contact type. To add a contact type, click within the Contact Types bar. To remove a contact type, select the X next to the contact type. Once completed, select Submit.

Setting a contact as departed

Users will be able to mark a contact as departed from within the Contacts tab. To mark a contact as departed, click the Mark as Departed button, under the Actions column, next to the contact that you wish to edit.

Users will be prompted with a confirmation message. If sure, select Ok. Please note that..
You need to have at least one of the CAS 360 contact if you have an active CAS 360 subscription.

Inviting contacts into MyBGL

The Contact List is a list of nominated contact person(s) for any account or product related manner. This does not guarantee that the contacts have access to MyBGL. To invite new users into BGL, follow the link provided below.

Select Invite for MyBGL

Enter the Email, First Name, Last Name and Role. Select the Invite User(s) button once the details have been entered, and an email will be sent to the email address with an invitation into MyBGL.
