Overview

The CAS 360 inbox stores all notifications received from ACRA, BGL and integrated partners.

Search

Search.png

Search allows you to search for messages based on the Contact/Entity, Details, or status of the message.

Read/Unread

To mark a message as read, select the envelope icon from the Read Column
To mark a previously read message as not viewed select the open envelope icon from the Read Column
To mark all messages as read select the Mark All As Read button.mceclip3.png

Advanced Filters

The Messages screen also has a number of filters allowing users to easily see Messages that need action. These filters include:

Field
Explanation
All AlertsDisplay all messages in the Messages screen
Unread AlertsShow messages that have not yet been viewed
Today's AlertsShow all messages that have been generated Today
This Month's AlertsShow all messages that have been generated this calendar Month
Last Month's AlertsShow all messages that have been generated last calendar Month 

Notifications Report

Notifications that are more than 60 days old will automatically archive. However, users can download a Notifications Report of all Inbox Messages (both current and archived).

The report will detail: 

  • Contact/Entity
  • Details of the notification 
  • Status 
  • Timestamp
