CAS 360 allows you to send all document deadline reminders via SMS to your clients.
Users can even attach documents, allowing your clients to easily review the document in question.
Best of all, your client is able to reply to this via SMS. Their response will come directly back into CAS 360, enabling you to have a real-time conversation with your clients.
|From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.||
|Select the Document Deadline Alert and select Send Reminder.|
|Select Send via SMS|
|Toggle any attachment to be included in the reminder SMS.|
|Select the SMS Recipient. Click the Missing Mobile link to include a valid SG mobile number.|
|To send a notification click Send.|
Your firm can set up a range of SMS templates allowing you to tailor your message to match your client type.
If a reminder was previously sent, CAS 360 will track and display the date when the last reminder was sent. Hover the cursor over the Document Deadline Alert to view.
The CAS 360 SMS Messages screen stores all outgoing and incoming messages that have been sent from CAS 360. From this screen, you will be able to view, send and track the delivery of all SMS sent and received from CAS 360.
When an SMS response is received, CAS 360 will alert the user with a notification.

From the SMS Messages screen, review the text history by selecting
Review all messages, and if required send additional text messages by using the free-form text field.
