Overview
To report on all the trusts that have been created in CAS360 use the Trust Listing Report.
The Report will summarise the following:
- Trust Name
- Trustee
- Trust Formed
- Trustee Appointed
- Trust Type
- Settlor / founder
- Vesting Date
Instructions
| From the Main Toolbar, navigate to Reports | |
| Under Trust Reports, select Trust Listing |
CAS 360 will display the Report Filters tab.
The following filters can be set for the report from the right-hand side:
| Filter | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Jurisdiction | Filter the Trust list by jurisdiction. |
| Report Date | Set a date to display on the report |
| Label | Set a Company Label as a filter when preparing the Company Listing Report |
Review the Report Settings to customise the report if needed.
The Trust Listing Report can be customised using a range of report settings to tailor the output to your needs. You can choose to include or exclude the following information:

| Show Settlor/Founder |
| Show Appointor |
| Show Trustee |
| Show Trustee Appointed Date |
| Show Trustee Ceased Date |
| Show Trustee Vesting Date |

| Show Trust Deed Attached |
To generate the report, select the desired Trusts and Click
The Trust Listing Report can be exported as an XLS or PDF.
