Add Missing Emails and Mobile Phone numbers
We have added the ability for users to quickly add and edit email and phone number details when sending documents or reminders via CAS 360.
When you select a contact, CAS 360 will show you if that contact has an email address or mobile phone number. To add the missing information, simply click on Missing Email/Phone Number text.
All information entered will be saved against that contact.
Need to edit an Email Address?
This is also just as easy to do!
In the Client Email field, simply click on the email address.
There is no need to navigate to the Global Contact screen to edit an email address. CAS 360 allows you to adjust and edit your client's email address directly from Document Production.
