Overview
A Registered Filing Agent acts as an intermediary between a Singapore company and ACRA to help the company in meeting its filing obligations more effectively. The Registered Filing Agent may be the company’s appointed officer or corporate secretary.

Once you are assigned a unique Filing Agent number, these credentials can be entered into CAS 360
Multiple agents are supported by CAS 360 simply by selecting . Users are able to add another agent from the Lodgement/Agent Settings Screen.

Instructions
Before setting up a Filing Agent in CAS 360, ensure that the Filing Agent has been authorised to have access to ACRA Digital Service in CorpPass:
- ACRA API Mall
- ACRA BizFile+
- ACRA BizFile + Mobile App (ACRA on The Go)
- ACRA BizFinx
- ACRA VCC
- Bizfile Transaction Form
Kindly speak to the firm’s CorpPass administrator if the Filing Agent is yet to be granted access to ACRA Digital Service. To find out more, click here.

Agent Name |
Start with typing the Agent Name CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Contacts screen for the contact. If the contact has not been previously added to the Global Contacts screen, will appear to add the new contact. |
Agent Number |
Add Filing Agent Number. Valid agent numbers begin with FA. |
Agent Address |
Address of the Registered Agent Start with typing the address and CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Addresses screen for the address. If the address has not been previously added to the Global Addresses screen, will appear to add the new address. |
Agent Email |
Email of the Registered Agent. |
Phone |
Phone Number of the Registered Agent. |

Redirects users to the Singpass login page to submit an agreement of the terms of use. This authorises users to prepare XBRL Financials along with the Annual Return in CAS 360.
Ensure you have the correct Agent attached to the company from the company's General Details screen.
Re-Authorise Agent
The agent authorisation will expire every 30 minutes. As such CAS 360 will inform users when the authorisation will expire.
Should you require Agent authorisation for certain lodgements via CAS 360, head into the Lodgement / Agent Settings screen and select Authorise Agent beside the Agent.
