Electronic Signing - Added a new Electronic Signing Settings page for users to enable firm wide “Use SMS for 2FA for signatories” and “Email signers completed signed document pack” options for all users.

Report Settings - The Company Debt Listing Report now includes a Report Settings panel, allowing you to customise the information displayed in the report. Choose to show or hide fields such as company number, review date, debt breakdowns, contacts, and more—tailor the report to suit your workflow.

Appoint or Resign Officers Across Multiple Companies
You can now process officer appointments and resignations for multiple Hong Kong companies at once using the Multiple Changes screen, saving time and reducing repetition.
Support for Corporate Officers
CAS 360 now supports the appointment of corporate directors and secretaries across multiple Hong Kong companies, in line with regulatory requirements.
Annual Return Listing Report
Report settings have been added to the Annual Return Listing Report, giving you greater control over the data displayed. You can now choose to show the Partner and/or Manager assigned to each company directly in the report.
