To ensure the correct address appears in the Annual Return as the location of the Registers for Registrable Controllers and Nominee Directors, users must configure the Registered Filing Agent (RFA) in CAS 360.
This step must be completed before preparing the Annual Return for the company.
Step 1: Set Up the Registered Filing Agent
Go to Settings > Lodgement and complete the Registered Filing Agent setup.

Step 2: Assign the RFA to the Company
In the company’s General Details, assign the Registered Filing Agent to the relevant company.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Company | |
Select the Company from the list | |
Select General Details |
Under Registered Filing Agent select your agent details.
Once assigned, CAS 360 will automatically display a default declaration of the RFA’s address in the Annual Return documents as the location of the registers.
