You can now select a different email address for a contact to send documents to be signed, either through Digital Signing or without. This is helpful in cases where a client have a different email used to sign documents.
In cases where a Contact has mutiple different email addresses, CAS 360 by defualt will choose the contact's Primary Email address as the email address to send emails to.
Instructions
Once the documents have been prepared through the Document Productions screen, select Electronic Signing Options.
- Select the contacts "Primary Email" to select a different email.
- Select the Email Address to send the documents to be signed to.
- Once a different email address has been chosen please Select Save.
