Overview
The Productivity Dashboard provides a clear overview of key activities within CAS360. It is designed to improve transparency and help you identify trends related to document preparation, lodgement and company management.
The dashboard incles four graphs:
- Documents Prepared
- Documents Lodged with ARCA
- Documents Types
- Companies Added

Graphs
The Dashboard displays four separate graphs all highlighting different activities taken with your CAS360 account.
Documents Prepared
Selecting on the top right will expand the graph to view full insights.
This graph will display all of the documents that have been prepared within CAS360. Alongside the graph accompanies a key illustrating which colour represents each document.
Documents Lodged with ACRA
Selecting on the top right will expand the graph to view full insights.
This graph will only display the documents that have successfully lodged with ARCA through CAS360.
This provides the ability to review trends on which documents are being lodged the most.
Documents Types
Selecting on the top right will expand the graph to view full insights.
This graph shows each document type that has been prepared in CAS360. This provides the potential to gain trends and insights into your own workflow within CAS360.
Companies Added
Selecting on the top right will expand the graph to view full insights.
This graph shows the companies that have been added to the CAS360 firm. The graph displays information in an easily digestible manner, in combination with the filters will provide clear insights to the firm.
Dashboard Filters
From the Dashbaord screen, the User Filter and Advanced Filters allows you to instantly refine your search results:

Explanation |

| User Filter | Select a user to display the data created by the user. |
| All Data | Display all data. |
| This Year | Display all data from this year. |
| This Month | Display all data from this month. |
| This Week | Displays all data from this week. |
| Labels | In CAS 360 each company can have multiple labels. This allows for greater reporting across trusts and is also a key aspect of user rights and document templates in CAS 360. See Company Labels for more information. |
