CAS 360 will display the Super Fund Add/Edit screen.

| Super Fund's Name |
Begin typing the name of the Super Fund. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Contact screen for the contact. If the Contact has not been previously added to the Global Contact screen, Click |
| Date Formed | Enter the date that the Super Fund was formed. |
| Date Ceased | Enter the date the Super Fund was ceased. |
| Trustee Appointed | Date the Trustee was appointed. |
| Trustee Resigned | Date the Trustee has resigned. |
| APRA Number | Enter the unique APRA number used dor identification purpoes. |
| Tax File Number | Enter the Tax File Number of the Suoer Fund. |
| ABN | Enter the Australian Business Number of the Super Fund |
