Company Deregistration - When preparing documents for a Company Deregistration the Member Consent documents will have signing dates attached. (Company Deregistration is available for Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong Jurisdictions).
Company and Trust Documents - Filtered company and trust documents are now able to be exported.

Form RA71 - We have added a 60-second delay to the automated RA71 when a Form 362 has been accpeted.
Automated Debt Reminders - The Debt Reminder email will always CC the Partner and the Manager.
RA62 Company Import - Users can now select the incorporation date or current date for shareholder balance transactions.

Search Registers - Added a date filter to only show searched companies in a set period, and an option to export that set of filtered companies to a report.

IRC3111A - Added support for Form IRC3111A - Notice of Change of Business Address.
Multiple Changes - Added support for a change of business address to the Multiple Changes screen.
Business Name - Added the ability to enter a Company Business Name.
Annual Return - The Company Business Name will automatically be added to the Return.
Register of Officers - Updated to show the BRN
Register of Members - Updated to show the BRN
Register of Significant controller - Updated to show the BRN
Annual Return - Add the option to show the Due Date on the Annual Review

Confirmation Statements - Added the Company Summary to the document pack created when processing the Confirmation Statement.
Confirmation Statements - Improved the logic for Overdue Warnings related to Confirmation Statements.
Lodgement - Added the Submission number to the lodgement receipts.
Lodgement - Added a ‘Receipt’ button to lodgement notifications taking users directly to the receipt.
Alerts - Confirmation Statement alerts have been improved.
