Identity Expiry Report – CAS 360 Singapore

Details

The Identity Expiry Report lists Individual contacts, their corresponding IDs and the ID expiry dates (if there is one).

The listing report includes information for individuals including:

From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports

Select Identity Expiry Report

CAS 360 will display the Identity Expiry Report screen.

Select the individuals you want to display in the Identity Expiry report by flagging the tick box

Use the search field to locate contacts to display on the printed report.

The filters can be used to select specific ID types and set ID expiration date ranges for the report.

Filter	Explanation
Report Order	Set the order of the report by contact name, ID type or ID expiration date
Identification Types	Select from a range of ID types
ID Expiry Date Range	Filter report to display IDs that will expire within a selected date range
Download Options	By selecting the option "Download as a combined file," you will generate a single PDF or Word Report.
