How can I change a balance transaction to a Subscription Transaction Type?
Solution
To change a Balance Transaction to a Subscription transaction on the Shareholders section.
If a Balance Transaction is present on the Shareholders page, the Transaction Type can be edited to become a Subscription Transaction Type.
To make the change, Select on the same line as the balance transaction.
A drop table will appear, Select , then select 'Yes' to change the transaction type.
Example
Navigate to Shareholders
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Company. |

| Select the Company from the list. |
|
| Select Shareholders |  |
Locate the Balance transaction, on the same line as the transaction select Options,
From the drop table select Change to Subscription.
In order to confirm the change of transaction Type, select Yes.
As a result of the following changes the Balance transaction now appears as a Subscription Transaction Type.
