A public-officer relationship can now be added to Trust.
|From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.
|Select the Trust from the list.
Select Public Officer.
CAS 360 will display the Add Public Officer screen.
Begin typing the public officer's name. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Contact screen for the person. If the Contact has not been previously added to the Global Contact screen, will appear.
Click to add a new contact.
|Select the New Status of the Public Officer. Select between Appointed, Resigned or Removed.
|Appointed Date/Date Ceased
|Enter the appropriate date of the change.
CAS 360 will automatically select the documents required:
- Trustee Minutes or Resolution
- Register of Trust Events
- Register of Trust Relationships
