1. Appointment of Beneficiaries: A new Appointment and Cessation of Beneficiaries workflow has been added to trusts in CAS 360. This new workflow includes document production support with a new appointment/cessation of beneficiary minute and resolution and a new Register of Beneficiaries. Additionally, this Register can be generated via the Reports screen for multiple trusts at the same time. Learn More

2. The function to Reactivate Deleted Trusts has been added! Simply navigate to the trust screen and click on Deactivated Trusts to restore any trusts that have been deleted.

3. User Roles: The Company Registration screen has been enhanced with improved permissions that allow for more control over access and document preparation for users. These permissions can now be configured in the User Role Screen, giving administrators greater flexibility in managing user privileges.

4. The sorting order of the Shareholder Report  has been enhanced. In order to align with the register of members for initial share transaction types, the Shareholder report will follow a specific order. This order will prioritise Subscriptions as the first transaction type, followed by Allotments and then Balances (in instances were they have been recorded on the same date). This is particularly significant for Subscriptions, as it is the founding transaction type.

5. API: Retrieve the subscription information for CAS 360 from the API to ensure that API partners can successfully add a company when required.

2. Improved consistency between the Health Check notifications and the counters displayed in the Comparison Report.

 - Singapore 

1. Improvements to the Annual Return Comparison Report  where exceptions have been made to pass nationalities that have different formats but are of the same country between CAS 360 and ACRA.

2. The Compliance Status Listing Report can now be generated for Singapore companies to easily keep track of the CDD status.

3. New ‘Annual Return Due Date Year’ merge field, added to the Annual Return document template. 

4. The confirmation letter for a registrable controller is now supported for digital signing  for both a company and individual contact.

5. Improved the contact information icons within the Compliance tab to correctly display contact information based on the contact type
